To navigate to the settings for QuickBooks, go to Admin>Organization and click on the QuickBooks Settings tab. To access your tax information in RentItBiz to your QuickBooks accounts, click the Tax Mapping tab. 

Your taxes defined in RentItBiz are displayed here. To map this tax data to QuickBooks, select a QuickBooks account and, if desired, enter a QuickBooks Vendor for each tax. The accounts are defined under the Accounts tab. See instructions for defining QuickBooks accounts in RentItBiz. 

Once you have finished mapping the tax information, click the Save QuickBooks Settings button at the top on the right.
