Users may sometimes get an "Error Printing" error message when attempting to print, for example: 

"Error Printing: The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state."


If you get an "Error Printing" error message when attempting to print, please do the following, which often resolves the problem:

  1. Check that your network or WiFi is working
  2. Check the IP address for your printer
  3. Restart the printer proxy service by following the steps below


To restart the proxy, type "Service" in the search bar in the bottom left-hand corner of Windows. Start the Services application and look for the Rentitbiz Proxy Service. Highlight the service and press restart. Images below.
