To change the order of POS buttons for items (on the right side), click on the screen four times. A red outer square will appear, as shown in the image below. When the square is present, you can drag buttons to empty squares on the grid.
To select which products are shown on the POS screen, go to Products>Product List and check the POS box. You can also modify the numerical order here.
