To set up your receipt form, go to Admin>Current Site and click on the Receipt Settings tab. The form for defining receipt settings is shown in the image below. 



This form allows you to select a logo to display on your receipt, a header, and a footer. You can also select the number of copies of receipts and contracts that are printed with a receipt. In addition, there are several checkboxes that allow you to control information or RentItBiz processing related to your receipts:

  • Full Receipt Mode will include rental details for each product on the receipt.
  • Open Cash Drawer On All Transactions controls whether the cash drawer opens for every transaction or if it only opens on cash only transactions.
  • Print on every Check-Out caused receipts to be printed for every order checkout.
  • Email Receipt controls whether or not the receipt is emailed to the customer after each payment transaction.
  • Email Receipt to All Contacts controls whether or not the receipt is emailed to all contacts associated with an order. (You can also specify the email address from which this is sent.)
