Important Note: If you delete a Ticket Price Group, it will also delete all Ticket Prices associated with the group.
To delete a new Ticket Price Group, first navigate to Ticket Price Groups from RentItBiz Home by clicking on Products>Product Management and clicking on the Ticket Price Groups tab. To delete a Ticket Price Group, click the Delete link on the row of the Ticket Price Group you wish to delete.
A pop-up window will ask you to confirm that you want to delete the Ticket Price Group. Make sure that you want to delete the Ticket Price Group and all Ticket Prices associated with the group.
To confirm the deletion, click the OK button. To avoid deleting the Ticket Price Group, click the Cancel button.
If you confirm, another pop-up window will ask you to type "YES" to actually delete the Ticket Price Group. This is designed to make sure that you are not deleting critical data in RentItBiz.
Enter "YES" and click OK to delete the Ticket Price Group. Click Cancel to keep the Ticket Price Group.
