If your Epson receipt printer is not printing, open up Epson Net Config.

It should be installed on one of your computers.  If not, download here:

https://download.epson-biz.com/modules/pos/index.php?page=single_soft&cid=6047

When you open the app there should be a list of available printers. If they do not show at first hit the Refresh button and wait a few seconds. Each printer should be listed by its Model and IP Address.

To check if the IP address of the printer matches what is set up in Rent It Biz go to Admin>Current Site>Printers. A list of your printers should appear here.

If you need to change an IP address for a printer click on the listed printers, this will bring up a menu at the bottom of the page. You can change the IP for a printer by going to Path and entering the new IP that shows up in EpsonNet. Make sure to press Save in the top right hand corner after changes are made.

If your receipt printers no longer show up on the list after hitting refresh button and waiting then the Printer has to be set back up on the network. First, you must connect the printer to the computer using a micro USB cable. The printer should then show up on the EpsonNet app, when it does highlight the printer and press Configuration at the top.

This will bring up a new window. From here select the Wi-Fi option on the left hand side. This is where you must enter your Wi-Fi information. Enter your Wi-Fi name in the SSID: field (case sensitive) and enter your password into both fields in the WPA Settings(may also be case sensitive). After this is entered hit the Transmit button at the bottom. You will know if the printer is connected to your network if the Route for the printer shows as Wireless LAN in the EpsonNet application.
