To obtain a link for online reservations, contact Rent It Biz Sales
There are two platforms you can choose for Online Reservations link look and feel. In Admin>Organization>Web Settings, there is a Rent It Biz Template or you can check iFrame to use your own HTML wrapper. Scroll down to fill out Terms and condition and checkboxes that pertain to your business model, including credit cards brands accepted.
Online Terminal and Online Credit Card Terminal
1. In Admin>Current Site>Credit Card Terminal, Create. Rent It Biz will provide info for Terminal
2. In Admin>Current Site>Terminals Create Online Terminal>Then attach online credit card terminal in drop down
Online Product Set Up
To set up products you want displayed online:
1. Go to Products>Product List and select Product.
2. Check Available for Online Reservations in General Tab and applicable locations.
3. Fill out information in Description and Web Tabs.
4. Add online picture in media - set base image.
5. Go to Admin>Product Management>Rental Pricing Plans.
Choose Plan then edit and check time periods you want online.
6. Site(s) Public Name - Set in Organization>Current Site>Information
Do this for each location.
Event List for Specific Reservation Dates and Blackout Periods
To set specific time periods, days and/or blackout periods for online reservations, go to Products>Event List.
Create an event in the upper right then Name it. Choose view on the right hand side, then add time slots. You can
choose days and time. You can have multiple time periods in each day. Then go to Product List>Product>General Tab,
attach that event to the Product on the right middle of screen then save.
Current Site
If you do not use events, make sure your current site working hours are correct. Admin>Current Site>Information
Email Notifications
To receive email notification when online reservations are submitted, go to to Organization>General Settings.
Scroll down to the section labeled Email Online Reservations. Enter email address. Multiple email addresses
separate by comma with No space

Merchant Info
You will need an eCommerce Merchant Account and a separate Payware Connect Account.
