If you would like to change whether or not you can see orders (transactions) between sites (terminals), go to Organization (under Admin menu) and click on the General Settings tab.
Scroll down to the Share Orders Between Sites checkbox.
If you desire that all sites see every other site's open rentals and reservations, check the box. If you do NOT desire that all sites see every other site's open rentals and reservations, uncheck the box.
