If users are being logged out of RentItBiz unexpectedly, check the "Logout after checkout" setting. To do this, go to Current Site>Terminals and select a terminal.
Scroll down and uncheck the Logout after checkout box.
Lastly, scroll back to the top of the screen and click the Save button at the upper right portion of the screen.
