If Rent It Biz is running slow, the first thing to check is your Internet speed. On the Dashboard in the lower left hand corner, there is a red question mark for contacting support. Above the question mark is your ping speed in white text. The higher this number, the slower your Internet speed. An optimum speed is 80 to 100. Any thing over 500, please check your internet modem/service.
Internet Speed: After extensive testing, Rent It Biz will not operate properly below 10 mbps internet speed. Below are our recommendations:
