DO NOT USE THE DISC THAT COMES WITH THE DEVICE. IT DOES NOT CONTAIN THE CORRECT DRIVERS TO ALLOW THE DEVICE TO WORK WITH RENT IT BIZ. UNINSTALL ALL TOPAZ DRIVERS IF DISC WAS USED.

- In Rent It Biz, go to Admin>Local Site>Terminals>Select Terminal and scroll down.
- Check External Signature Pad Device
On the contract/waiver, a signature box is created at the bottom of the page. Customer must sign there.
