In order to Print using Epson Thermal Receipt Printers, you must use the Rent It Biz Windows or iOS App.

*The Device MUST BE ON SAME NETWORK AS Rent It Biz POS

*You must be using the Rent It Biz Windows or iOS App for device to communicate to POS

First Download and Install EpsonNet Config from Epson Website:

Choose Operating System>Utilities>EpsonNet Config Utility>Download


Then Open Program - Windows Button>EpsonNet>EpsonNet Config


TM88IV Ethernet Printers:  

1.  Connect Printer to your router with Ethernet Cable then turn on Printer. 

     Printer should immediately show up in EpsonNet (See Above Picture)

2.  Enable ePos.  Highlight the printer in EpsonNet, Launch Browser, Click Epson Net Config for TM-i

  •  (Picture 2).  Go to the ePOS-Print link under Services.  Both User and Password are epson or epson / Serial # of
  •   Printer (password).  Enable ePOS-Print setting by changing the drop down to Enable then press the Apply &
  •   Restart in upper right hand corner, then wait for printer to restart. 


3.  In Rent It Biz go to: Admin>Current Site>Printers>New Printer (Upper Right), Name the Printer. In 

     Type, choose Receipt Printer. In Path, enter the IP Address that shows on EpsonNet then Hit Save



4,  In Terminals Tab, highlight terminal, choose receipt printer in Receipt Printer #1.  If you print at 2 different

     printers, add 2nd printer. Receipt printers must be assigned to a terminal before you can test print on the 

     Printers tab.
