In order to print to the receipt printer from a MAC Computer using Safari or Chrome, you must have a Windows PC or Surface Pro Tablet On The Network. On that PC, there must be the Rent It Biz Proxy installed and running. Please Download and Install RentSys Proxy file at the bottom of this page to Program Files (x86). It will show as RentItBiz Software>RentitBiz Proxy Service (Picture 1). CONTACT RENT IT BIZ SUPPORT FOR RENTSYS-Site # and NAMESPACE ACCESS KEY. 
Search for Notepad in Windows, Right Click then Run As Administrator (see Picture below), find RentSys.Proxy.exe.config file in same location as above picture then open. Type in rentsys-site# and Namespace Access Key then save (2nd Pic below - Sample Site# & Key). *You may have to change security level on file to read/write. Contact Rent It Biz if unsure how to do this. 
Make sure Proxy is Running in Services. Control-Alt-Delete>Task Manager>Click Yes>Click Services Tab
