To close a ticket, scan the open rental item or enter information related to the ticket (Order #, contact name, phone #, email, or SKU) into the Find field and press the Find button. 


Select the order and press the Close Ticket button (middle screen). 


In the pop-up window, press the Stop Time button to adjust the rental time, if needed.


To stop all rentals, press the Stop All Rentals button. To stop individual rentals, highlight the rental item and press the Stop Individual Rentals button. 


Wrong Item Returned:

If the wrong item was returned, press the Exit button to return to the POS home screen. Changes are saved if you hit the Check Out button in the Pay screen or the Start button at the top of the screen.


After Rental Item(s) Stopped:

To close a ticket after its rental item(s) was stopped, go to the Pay screen. If the ticket is Paid In Full (PIF), press the Check Out button. If a balance is due, the ticket may be paid by rebilling the credit card or authorization by highlighting the credit card information (lower right screen) and pressing the ReBill button, then pressing the Process button. Alternatively, the payment may be made with other form of payment.
