You can export daily transactions to an Intuit Interchange Format (IIF) file for use in the QuickBooks (QB) desktop version or Excel for QB Online. To do this, you need to map your account names/numbers to your products in Rent It Biz. Go to Admin>Organization and click on the QuickBooks Settings tab to do this mapping. (See link below for more details on setting up QuickBooks settings.)
