QuickBooks settings are used to export transactions from RentItBiz to QuickBooks using a transactions report. To navigate to QuickBooks settings, go to Admin>Organization and click on the QuickBooks Settings tab. 


There are three steps for QuickBooks settings, each with their own tab: Accounts, Account Mapping, and Tax Mapping. Enter the QuickBooks settings for each tab, starting left and moving right. 


First, click the Accounts tab to define the accounts. See instructions for defining a new account


Second, click the Account Mapping tab to map your RentItBiz data to QuickBooks accounts. See instructions for account mapping.


Third, click the Tax Mapping tab to map tax information to QuickBooks accounts. See instructions for mapping tax data
