To navigate to the settings for QuickBooks, go to Admin>Organization and click on the QuickBooks Settings tab. To access your QuickBooks account mapping information, click the Account Mapping tab. 


To map RentItBiz information to your QuickBooks accounts, simply select the appropriate QuickBooks account for each category of RentItBiz information. The QuickBooks accounts are defined on the Accounts tab. See instructions for defining accounts


Once you have completed the account mapping, click the Save QuickBooks Settings button at the top on the right.
